Downloads: Since www.smartpatternmaking.com is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods, refunds are not issued once the order is completed and the product is sent. Unexpected errors may occur despite thorough testing before release. Any issues must be submitted for approval by our Technical Support Team at support@smartpatternmaking.com. If approved and not corrected within 72 hours from the initial complaint, a full refund will be issued or a replacement product offered.
